There are numerous extant pieces related to this Plume Holder with St. George.
This
example is closely related to one in the van Beuningen collection. This collection contains other
examples, as does that of the Salisbury and South Wiltshire Museum.
The plume holder has loops on the back so you can
sew it to your hat. Let us know if you'd like us to include a couple of feathers;
