Toys and whistles, a ring with a stone, St. Catherine (the patron of scholarly and disputatious women, and so Marianne’s favorite). The Harp Brooch! The Flying Pig Brooch! Our first whistle. What a great year! Items introduced in 1998, but represented here by later replacements, are the Fleur de Lis stud and the ring – which we now make with a mold where the stone is cast directly into the piece as it is poured..
