Sheaf of Arrows Brooch

$5.00

This late 15th-century brooch is copied from two of several extant examples. There are three sharp and two blunt arrows, and this, together with the depiction of the common practice of carrying arrows in the belt while hunting, sets the scene in the realm of sport, rather than warfare.
