Openwork Star Chaplet Decorations – Half dozen (6)

$3.00

These openwork star chaplet decorations are copied after an extant fitting found in Haldensleben, Germany, and dated to the end of the 13th or the beginning of the 14th century.  The light and airy decorations slide onto a band or ribbon 1/4 inch or 6 mm wide. They are, by happy chance, nearly the same diameter as our flower chaplet decorations from the contemporary mold from Zerbst, and they look excellent alternating. They can also be mixed and matched with our other chaplet decorations – together with embroidery, spangles, or whatever beautiful thing you think of – for a knockout circa 1300 look.

Sold by the half dozen (bundles of 6).
